Oil is trading higher on the statistics of drilling rigs Baker Hughes

MOSCOW, 30 Oct. World oil prices are rising on Friday amid data on the number of working drilling rigs in the U.S. company Baker Hughes, according to AFP.

As of 20.13 MSK price of the December futures for North sea petroleum mix of mark Brent has grown on 1,26% — to 49,42 dollars per barrel, the price of futures for oil of mark WTI has grown on 0,91% — to 46,48 dollars per barrel.

As shown by the data of the American oil and gas service company Baker Hughes, total rig count in the States at the end of the working week was reduced by 12 units, or 1.52%, and amounted to 775 units. In annual terms, this figure dropped to 1154, or 59,8%.

While the number of oil rigs decreased by 16 units, or 2,69%, to 578 units, the lowest since June 2010. The number of gas rigs increased by 4 points, or 2.07%, to 197 units.
