The Cabinet will submit to the Duma a bill to increase the seniority of civil servants in retirement


MOSCOW, October 31. Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree on introducing to the state Duma of the draft law on increase for civil servants seniority in government agencies of eligibility for superannuation. The text of the document posted on the website of the Russian Cabinet.

“The bill provides for a gradual increase of the minimum length of service of the state civil service, giving the right to pension for years of service and determination of its size, with 15 to 20 years. At the same time provides a smooth transition every year for six months to 20 years”, – stated in the materials for the bill.

The document also envisages a gradual increase in the retirement age to 65 years, giving the right to the appointment and payment of insurance old-age pension, persons, replaces Steve posts of the state civil service of the Russian Federation, municipal service positions and who replaces Steve state posts of the Russian Federation, state positions of subjects of Federation and municipal posts replaced on a constant basis.
