Moscow company “Electromontazh” submitted the claim about bankruptcy of the plant “Izhstal”

IZHEVSK, November 1. /Corr. Eugene Samushkova/. Moscow company “Electromontazh” filed a lawsuit the statement for bankruptcy of the plant “Izhstal” (enters into group “Mechel”). This is stated in the published materials of the Arbitration court of Udmurtia.

The Declaration of acceptance of Izhstal bankrupt received 29 October, its essence is not disclosed.

In the files of arbitration cases there is information only about a dispute between “hardwiring” and “Izhstal”. The documents States that the decision of the Arbitration court of the Udmurt Republic from June 22, 2015, at the Izhevsk plant in favor of a plaintiff was charged 926 595 rubles of the principal debt, and over 25 thousand percent for using another’s money funds and 22 thousand rubles for compensation of expenses on payment. This decision Izhstal tried to appeal, but the Seventeenth arbitration appeal court on 29 September, left it unchanged.

Earlier it was reported that in September, the Chelyabinsk company “Teplostroiservis” filed in the court on the recognition of “Izhstal” bankrupt. However, the court stopped the proceedings. In a press-service of “Izhstal” Corr. then reported that the plant is fully repaid more than 1.3 million rubles debt to the plaintiff on 6 October.

“Izhstal” – the largest metallurgical enterprise of the Udmurt Republic. The plant is one of the leading Russian producers of special grades of steel and stainless long products.
