SAMARA, November 2. /Corr.TASS Alexey Sokolov/. AVTOVAZ begins the annual inventory, car production will resume on November 5, said the Chairman of the trade Union of AVTOVAZ, Sergei Zaitsev.
“From 2 to 3 November at the plant will be a continuous annual inventory, in this connection, the conveyor will not work. For employees that will be working days, salary will be payable in full,” – said Zaitsev.
Along with the inventory at the plant during these two days will be also carried out prevention equipment and training. The conveyor of AVTOVAZ will be started only on November 5 – as 4 November is a public holiday.
As previously reported in the press service of the joint venture (JV) GM-AVTOVAZ, in connection with the change of AVTOVAZ, which delivers on the sets JV, GM-AVTOVAZ will stop the production of vehicles from 2 to 3 November and will resume the operation of the conveyor 5 November.
In the fall of 2014 AVTOVAZ already stopped the conveyor for an annual physical. Then the stop was five days – from 1 to 5 October.
From 14 to 15 October 2015 AVTOVAZ because of problems with the supply of components stopped working the Assembly line B0, which produced cars for the Alliance Renault-Nissan.
