At present, the Unified state automated information system covers less than 5% of the wholesale companies in the country, supplying alcohol, said member of the Presidium “Support of Russia” Alexei nebol’sin.
MOSCOW, 2 Nov. In Russia since January 1, there may be difficulties with the sale of alcohol, the newspaper “Izvestia” with reference to the member of the Presidium of the organization of entrepreneurs “OPORA Russia” Alexey Nebolsin.
According to him, this is due to the fact that the majority of wholesale suppliers of goods will not have time to the beginning of the year to connect to the Unified state automated information system of accounting of production volume and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products (EGAIS) and master program data on the turnover of alcoholic beverages.
Nebol’sin said that now are connected to the system less than 5% of the wholesale companies in the country supplying the alcohol. And being unregistered, they will not be able to make shipment not only spirits, but beer, wine, cider, Mead and other drinks low.
Nebol’sin stressed that the problem with the connection to USAIS lies in the high cost: one commercial premise with one service provider will cost more than 250 thousand rubles. He also believes that many retailers are not informed about how to connect to the system.
Thus, according to distributors, the current situation threatens the collapse in the supply of alcoholic beverages in the beginning of next year.
