VLADIVOSTOK, 2 Nov. Parliamentarians Kamchatka expect that the first units of the territory of advanced development (TOR) in the region will earn in 2017, according to legislative Assembly of the province.
The meeting of the Committee on economy, property, budget and tax policy of legislative Assembly of Kamchatka Krai discussed the preparations for the establishment in the region of the TORUS. The decree on establishment TOR “Kamchatka” was signed by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev on August 28.
“We see that there is a delay and some red tape at the Federal level — we are talking about the organization of management companies, the development of a number of required documents, without which the resident will not be able to start creating objects of the Torah. We therefore suggested to the government to edge its resources: we can direct the treatment of MPs in the Federal government, can raise relevant issues in the framework of the all-Russian Council of legislators,” — said the Chairman of the regional AP Valery Raenko.
According to him, joint efforts to accelerate the implementation of this project. “We hope that the first objects of the torus will start to work already in 2017, maybe sooner. The formation of the eight sites as part of our TOR will bring in serious revenues to the budget of the Kamchatka region”, — said Renko.
Currently in the far East established nine priority development areas. Two in the Amur region, Khabarovsk and Primorye territories, and one in Kamchatka, Chukotka and Yakutia. It is planned to allocate from the budget of the Russian Federation of 21 billion rubles. The Russian authorities expect to attract in the framework of implementation of projects in Torah more than 240 billion rubles of private funds.
