Energy Minister Alexander Novak in October reported that Iran has applied to the Russian side for the credit in 5 billion dollars for infrastructure projects.
He later said that Russia is ready to consider the possibility of giving Iran credit for two joint projects worth $ 2 billion is for the electrification of the railway line and construction of CHPP.
