The CBR revoked the license of the two banks


Moscow. On 2 November. The CBR withdrew the license for banking operations in Bogorodsky municipal Bank registered in the city of Noginsk, Moscow region, Astrakhan Agroinkombank. This is stated in the message of the Central Bank.

License withdrawn from 2 November. Earlier Monday, the CBR revoked the licenses of two Moscow banks.

“In connection with unsatisfactory quality of assets not generating sufficient cash flow, Bogorodsky municipal Bank (BMB) did not provide timely fulfillment of obligations to creditors. Besides, the credit organization has not abided by the Bank of Russia in respect of restrictions on the exercise of certain transactions”, – stated in the message of the Central Bank.

According to him, the activities of the BMB revealed numerous infringements of requirements of the legislation and Bank of Russia regulations in the sphere of combating legalization (laundering) of income obtained by criminal means and financing of terrorism.

“In addition, the credit organization was involved in conducting questionable customers of transit operations on a large scale”, – stated in the message.

The Bank appointed a temporary administration until the appointment of a bankruptcy Trustee or liquidator.

According to the Central Bank, the BMB is a member of the Deposit insurance system.

In the third quarter of 2015 BMB occupied the 453rd place in the volume of assets in ranking “Interfax-100”.
