The ruble fell against the dollar and the Euro at the opening of trading


Moscow. November 3. The dollar and the Euro rising on the Moscow stock exchange in early trading Tuesday, the ruble is falling amid the retreat of world prices of oil.

The first transactions on dollar were in the range 63,76-63,93 rubles, on average, two minutes the rate was 63,88 ruble, this 21.5 kopecks below the previous close. Exchange rate of Euro amounted 70,41 ruble, adding 35 cents to the previous closing. The bi-currency basket grew by 27.5 cents, to 66,82 of the ruble.

The dollar was at 8 cents above the current official rate of Euro by 1 kopeck higher than the official rate.

Experts attribute the decline of the ruble against the dollar and the Euro with a retreat in oil prices the night before that the market has not had time to play Monday night. December futures for Brent crude on London’s ICE Futures exchange at 10:00 MSK loses about 0.2%, koterwas in the area of $48.7 per barrel.
