Government adopted decree will allow to organize work on development of project of planning and surveying of the territories in the construction of the highway.
MOSCOW, 5 Nov. Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree on measures to prepare for the implementation of the construction project of high-speed railway line “Moscow — Kazan”, the corresponding document is published on the website of the Cabinet of the Russian Federation on Thursday.
“The complex of works on preparation of territory for construction of railway infrastructure is separate from the construction phase. This will contribute to shorter cycles of investment and construction, will allow to attract foreign and domestic organizations with advanced technologies and management skills, to participate in tenders and auctions for the construction of infrastructure for high-speed railway transport,” — said in reference to the document.
The changes also will allow to organize work on development of project of planning and surveying of the areas of design documentation of the construction project of highways, reported on the website of the government of the Russian Federation.
High-speed railway “Moscow — Kazan” is part of the global project 2 — a new high-speed railway line between the cities of Moscow, Vladimir, Nizhny Novgorod, Kazan and Yekaterinburg. Preliminary distance — 1595 kilometers, the journey time to 8 hours.
