Poklonski: property in Ukraine I have no

SIMFEROPOL, November 5. /Corr. Alexey Konovalov/. The Prosecutor of the Crimea Natalia Polonskaya stated that he has no property in Ukraine. She commented on the Prosecutor General’s office of Ukraine (PGO) on imposition of arrest on property of the Crimean prosecutors.

“No property in Ukraine I don’t have. All I have is me in the Crimea”, – she said on 5 November.

Poklonskaya said that earlier, the Ukrainian authorities have also arrested her salary for several months, which she relied during the work to the GPU (before accession of Crimea to the Russian Federation). “Let this be the salary they will have, I do not mind. Can let my money benefit the people. Although Ukraine is not helpful at all,” she added.

Employees of the Crimean Prosecutor’s office assumed that may be deprived of property in Ukraine. But the choice between Crimea and Ukraine in March 2014 (the referendum on the status of the Peninsula) everyone did based on their personal beliefs, said Poklonski.

“Of course, people assumed that (arrest of property) from the Ukraine. As the Ukrainian authorities routinely violate the rights of others. They do not observe how the norms of Ukrainian law and international. You’ve got to expect that reaction of Ukraine and the decisions they make are simply from impotence,” said she.

The Prosecutor of the Crimea’m sure that arresting the property of the Crimean prosecutors, the Ukrainian authorities and infringe on the rights of the citizens of their country. Because often in conjunction with prosecutors property owned by their parents or relatives who did not want to move to the Crimea and are citizens of Ukraine.

The Pechersky district court of Kiev satisfied the petition of the investigators of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine and seized the property of the prosecutors of Crimea for the total amount of 18 million hryvnia, the press service of the GPU. The police arrested 10 vehicles and 25 properties, which include apartments Kiev, Kherson, Krivoy Rog.
