In “Transaero” have questioned the legality of the revocation of the air operator certificate of the company

Moscow. November 9. The members of the Board of Directors of airline “Transaero” in doubt about the legality of the revocation of the air operator certificate of the airline, wrote the Chairman of the Council Olga Pleshakova on his page in Facebook.

“The members of the Board of Directors doubt the legal validity of the stop of the certificate of operator and instant transfer of tolerances for international routes belonging to “Transaero”, – she wrote.

She also noted that the information meeting of the Federal air transport Agency about voluntary resignation of owners and top managers of “Transaero” from the issues the airline is not true.

Pleshakova said that from 7 September the General Director “Transaero” is the protege of “Aeroflot” – Dmitry Saprykin.

“The only thing I called of the company employees is to ensure safe transportation of passengers, and this was done. During September-October, the Board of Directors held 5 meetings. Unfortunately, no one reference and recommendation from shareholders and members of the Board Saprykin did not answer. On the questions connected with the personnel, he also did not appeal. Employment relationships are in full competence of the CEO,” wrote Pleshakova.

She also stressed that the agreement with the co-owner of airline “Siberia” Vladislav Filev is valid.

“After the initiative Fileva on the acquisition of Transaero and consolidation in the group S7 was the ability to save additional jobs, as “Aeroflot” had originally said that it would take no more than 6,5 thousand people”, – Pleshakova wrote.

The airline “Transaero” in September was in the verge of bankruptcy, forcing the state to look for options to save her. It was assumed that 75% + 1 share of the carrier will be sold “Aeroflot” at a symbolic price, but shareholders “Transaero” were not able to consolidate the required stake. As a result “Aeroflot” has refused the offer, and statements of relevant officials was to ensure that the option of bankruptcy of the airline seems to be the only one possible.

Later it became known that the co-owner of airline “Siberia” Vladislav Filev has signed an agreement to purchase Alexander Pleshakov at least 51% of the shares of the airline. The day after aviation authorities announced the recall of Transaero aircraft operator’s certificate from October 26. A little later, the shareholders of “Siberia” announced that it is withdrawing from the deal because Pleshakov was not able to consolidate the required stake.
