The Ministry of labor: unemployment in Russia has grown by 0,6%


MOSCOW, 9 November. Official unemployment in Russia for a week have grown on 0,6% and reached 909 thousand people, reported the press service of the Ministry reported.

“From October 28 to November 3, 2015 the number of officially registered unemployed citizens increased by 0.6% and amounted to 909,182 thousand people”, – reported in Department. According to the Ministry, last week, from 21 to 28 October, the number of officially registered unemployed citizens increased by 0.1% and amounted to 903,802 thousand people.

Last week the reduction occurred in 24 regions. The largest decline in the number of unemployed was observed Sevastopol, Republic of Dagestan, Tuva, Karachay-Cherkessia, Chuvashia, Tatarstan, Altai, Ingushetia, Rostov, Lipetsk, Tambov and Kaliningrad regions.

In 60 regions the increase in the number of unemployed, the growth of over 1% was observed in 38 regions. The most significant increase in the number of unemployed was noted in the Nenets, Yamalo-Nenets and Chukotka Autonomous okrugs, the republics of Karelia, Sakha /Yakutia/, Kirov, Sakhalin, Omsk, Magadan, Astrakhan, Volgograd, Samara oblasts, the Kamchatka territory.

Has not changed the number of unemployed in Kabardino – Balkaria.

As of 3 November, the total number of employees who were idle at the initiative of administration, working incomplete working hours and workers who have been granted leave by agreement of the parties, increased by 4.1% and amounted to $ 255,804 thousand people.
