MOSCOW, 9 Nov. The Agency for housing mortgage lending (AHML) has provided banks of group VTB 5 billion roubles for lending to developers under the state program “Housing for Russian family”, the report said AHML.

“The funds, the developer may be directed to the construction of economy-class housing and/or facilities engineering support of housing selected for construction in the framework of the state program “Housing for Russian family”, — stated in a press release.

The main requirement of the seller when lending to builders and sale of housing to citizens at the price of 35 thousand rubles per square meter. The final rate on the loan for construction companies does not exceed 12.5% per annum, the report says.

As emphasized therein, further AHML and VTB, the companies plan to continue cooperation within the framework of preferential loans for developers and create conditions for increase of volumes of housing construction in economy class.

Loans to construction companies under the program “Stimulus”, which aims to encourage preferential lending to developers and focused on financing the construction of economy-class housing and facilities engineering support within the program “Housing for Russian family”. The program involved 67 regions of Russia, where the planned construction of approximately 19.5 million square meters.
