“The number of terrorism-related crimes in Russia as of November 1, compared with the same period last year, decreased 2.5 times – from 74 to 30, not committed a single terrorist act. In five years terrorist activity, primarily in the North Caucasus, was reduced by more than ten times. As a result of law enforcement efforts managed to eliminate the leaders operating in the territory of the North Caucasus terrorist organization “Caucasus Emirate”, which led to a split in their ranks,” he added.
