HANNOVER, 10 Nov. The Ministry of industry and trade of the Russian Federation hoped that the fourth quarter of this year may be the key to change the economy of Russia, told journalists the head of Department Denis Manturov.
“We hope that fourth quarter, it will be crucial to changing the economy in General… starting next year, I think that the Central Bank will be responsive to the real sector of the economy, will take appropriate decisions”, — said the Minister, adding that he welcomed the decision of the Central Bank to leave its key rate unchanged.
“The PMI is the purchasing power — today he just jumped the bar 50 (points — ed.). This is a good indicator for the business and entrepreneurial community, and how to respond appropriately, and how to make decisions on the development of your business,” — said Manturov.
