Draghi noted the “obvious” downside risks to the Eurozone economy

Moscow. November 12. Downside risks for the Euro area is obvious, and the European Central Bank will overestimate the volumes to support the economy in December, said the ECB President Mario Draghi, speaking on Thursday in the European Parliament.

He also noted that inflation dynamics “weakened slightly”.

“If we came to the conclusion that our medium-term target of price stability is under threat, we would apply all of the available Central Bank instruments in order to ensure the preservation of adequate amount of monetary stimulus,” said he.

The Euro to US dollar fell on Draghi’s statements by 0.5% to $1,0695.
