In 2016 the budget deficit will amount to 10% of GRP, said the Minister of Finance of Moscow region Anton Kotyakov. He noted that unlike the Federal center, the budget of Moscow region a three-year term.
MOSCOW, 12 Nov. Moscow regional Duma adopted the regional budget for the next three years; in 2016 the budget deficit will amount to 10% of GRP, told journalists the Minister of Finance of Moscow region Anton Kotyakov.
“I want to say that the bill is formed with a deficit of 10%. I must say that, unlike the Federal center, it (the budget) is formed on a three-year period is 16, 17, 18 years,” he said. The Federal budget this year can only be accepted for 2016.
According to the document, incomes of the budget of the Moscow region in 2016 will be 149,1 billion rubles, expenses — 406,6 billion. In 2017, revenues are projected in the amount of 156.6 billion rubles, expenses — RUR 411 billion in 2018 163,1 billion and 420,2 billion rubles, respectively. Thus, the budget deficit of the region in the next three years will be 257,5 billion, USD 254.4 billion and 257,1 billion roubles, respectively.
The Minister noted that during work on the budget was proposed around 60 amendments, some of which were adopted.
“With regard to those parameters that were adopted in the first reading, the budget revenues decreased by 207 million, respectively, and expenses were adjusted to 207 million rubles. Thus there was internal redistribution of certain areas of expenditure had increased to 850 million roubles expenditure on construction of preschool institutions, on government support in agriculture on dairy farming — 155 million rubles, in sports facilities — it is the sum of 220 million roubles”, — told Kotyakov. According to the Minister, also increased spending on the repair of health facilities by almost 310 million rubles.
He also noted that the upper limit of the national debt of the Moscow region in the current year will be reduced by 16.3 billion roubles to 118,8 billion rubles. The cost of servicing the public debt will decline to 3.1 billion rubles.
