The government abolished fees for small export Express freight


Moscow. November 11. The government abolished fees for small export Express shipments, the corresponding decree was published on the official Internet portal of legal information.

“Set that when exporting to international mail goods not subject to export customs duties, are not charged customs fees for customs operations is provided in the customs Declaration declared only goods not subject to export customs duties”, – the document says.

The resolution comes into force 30 days after its official publication.

As reported in July, the government decree abolishing fees with small export Express shipments must be ready by October. The dates have been fixed in amendments to the road map “Support for access to foreign markets and export support”, approved by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev on July 13.

“The customs shall not levy customs duties for customs operations in the export of goods not subject to export customs duties, sent in international postal items”, – described the essence of the changes in the document.

In April first Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov has given the ministries to prepare amendments for the purpose of cancellation fees with a small export Express transportation (up to 200 Euro).

“These changes should simplify customs operations for small and medium businesses and to make economically attractive export inexpensive goods produced in Russia. The amendments include the abolition of customs fees for customs operations in respect of the exported goods whose value does not exceed 200 euros on one transport document”, – said the representative of the Secretariat first Deputy Prime Minister.
