“Ural airlines” has refused from receiving state guarantees of the government

YEKATERINBURG, November 13. /Corr.Julia Temereva TASS/. The airline “Ural airlines” refused to obtain government guarantees and ceased to issue the relevant documents, said in an interview with the General Director of airline Sergey Skuratov.

“We designed the documents, but eventually came to the conclusion that the state has more serious problems than “Ural airlines”. We stopped the process, stopped the paperwork. We don’t need state guarantees in 2015, we will manage ourselves,” said Skuratov.

He noted that the airline will deal with your financial difficulties without government guarantees. At issue will be whether the carrier is to ask for state guarantees in 2016, Skuratov said that he is planning there.

In the beginning of 2015, “Ural airlines” has addressed in the government with the request to provide state guarantees in the amount of 2 billion rubles for a period of not less than two years and assistance in negotiations with VTB Bank. In August 2015 the amount of state guarantees was reduced almost twice – up to 870 million rubles to provide loans to commercial banks.
