MOSCOW, November 14. The system of antiterrorist protection in Russia after a series of terrorist attacks in Paris are on high alert. This was stated in the Information center of the National antiterrorist Committee.

“The competent authorities of our state , – said the NAC. In the light of new threats all the components of security systems are on high alert”.

“The national anti-terrorist Committee expresses deep condolences to all French citizens, families and friends of those killed in a series of terrorist acts that occurred last night in Paris,” the statement said NAC.

“The scale and cynicism of the crimes in the French capital once again show that does not matter, what is the name of a terrorist organization, no matter what nationality or religious group they belong who they are”, – stressed in the anti-terrorist Committee.

“However, to achieve success in this struggle is possible only through the combined efforts of the state and society, all conscious and active of its members”, – noted in the NAC.

“The national anti-terrorist Committee calls on Russian citizens to be more responsible and vigilant in the face of new challenges and threats from international terrorist organizations”, – stated in the NAC.

“The cohesion of States and citizens is the only way to adequately confront terrorist threats”, – said the NAC.

The terrorist attacks in France

A series of terrorist attacks occurred on Friday evening in Paris and the Metropolitan suburb of Saint-Denis at the Stade de France, which hosted the football match between France and Germany. According to recent reports, the attack made eight terrorists, seven of whom blew themselves up using a belt with explosives. Another was killed by police. In connection with the incident, President Francois Hollande announced the introduction in the country of state of emergency and the introduction of intensified control of crossing the state borders. He later stated that the responsibility for the attack bears the terrorist group “Islamic state” (banned in Russia).

According to the latest data, the victims of the tragedy were about 130 people. Another 250 people were wounded, 99 of them are in critical condition.
