Moscow. November 16. Minister of energy Alexander Novak called the signing of the agreement on “Turkish stream” is not a long process.
“It’s hard to say, it will depend on the approval of the text. But I don’t think that it is a long process,” he told journalists, answering the question about the timing of the signing of the document. He added that work will continue when the new government is formed in Turkey.
“In December – I doubt (that maybe the signing of nespressomaschine), because even under domestic procedures is difficult to do. Now it is important to understand when the Turkish side will appoint its Minister, and we Minister will continue,” said Novak.
Earlier it was reported that the Ministry of energy of Russia and Turkey have agreed to November 1, to elaborate the text of an intergovernmental agreement on “Turkish stream”. The parties have announced plans to build the “Turkish stream” on 1 December 2014.
