Russian foreign Minister: no discussions on restrictions on the departure of Russian citizens abroad is not conducted

MOSCOW, November 16. No discussion on limitations on the numbers of Russians travelling abroad is not conducted. This was stated by the official representative of the Russian foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova.
