The Central Bank of Russia withdrew the license at Bank “NOSTA”


Moscow. November 16. The Central Bank of Russia (CBR) revoked the license for banking operations of the Bank “NOSTA” (Novotroitsk, Orenburg region), said on Monday the Central Bank.

“The Bank conducted high-risk lending policies and create adequate accepted risks provisions for possible losses on loans. The activities of the credit organization focused on aggressively attracting funds of the population. In addition, the “NOSTA” has not fulfilled the requirements of the Supervisory authority aimed at limiting these transactions”, – stated in the message controller.

By order of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on 16 November the Bank appointed a temporary administration.

“NOSTA” – the participant of system of insurance of deposits. The revocation of the license of an insurance event in respect of the Bank’s liabilities on household deposits.

Bank “NOSTA” in the third quarter of 2015 522 took place in terms of assets in ranking “Interfax-100” prepared “Interfax-CEA. According to the Bank of Russia on November 1 of the current year in size of assets the credit organization took the 533-e a place in Russia’s banking system.
