Sands: intelligence agencies have begun implementation of Putin’s order to find the perpetrators of the terrorist attack with A321


MOSCOW, November 17. Russian security forces started the implementation of the order of Russian President Vladimir Putin to find those responsible for the attack A321 aircraft over the Sinai.
