According to RIA Rating, on October 1, 2015, the Bank “VRB Moscow” took 668-th place among Russian banks by asset size, which amounted to $ 662 million rubles.

MOSCOW, Nov 17.Prime. VTB, the second largest Russian Bank assets, sell the Bank “VRB Moscow” for 500 million rubles, said in reporting VTB on MSFO.

“The group sold the Bank “VRB Moscow” for 0,5 billion roubles”, — stated in the financial statements.

“VRB Moscow”, established in 2009 with support from the governments of Russia and Vietnam, was owned jointly by VTB and the Bank for investment and development of Vietnam through a Vietnamese-Russian joint Bank, and then was consolidated VTB.

In August 2015 “VRB Moscow” was sold to a third party. July 20-the founders of the Bank includes 11 individuals, in particular, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank “VRB Moscow” Andrey Baldin and members of the Board of Directors of Bank Alexander Andrievsky and Andrey Chekalin own by 9.1%.
