VTB was going to decapitalizing Kazakhstan subsidiary for $24 million

Moscow. November 17. Supervisory Board VTB has made the decision on the expediency of increasing the authorized capital of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) 7,357 billion tenge (about $24 million at current exchange rates), is spoken in the message of the Russian Bank.
