MOSCOW, November 18. Presnensky court of Moscow returned to the police two administrative material on the crimes committed by the leader of the party “Yabloko” Sergei Mitrokhin. This was reported by press Secretary of the court Nina Yurkova.
“Administrative materials relating to Mitrokhin came to court, but were returned because of violations that impede the consideration of the case,” she said.
As explained a press-the Secretary, after elimination of violations, the police may re-apply to the court to demand administrative sanctions policy.
OVD Arbat accuses the Chairman of the party “Yabloko” Sergei Mitrokhin in violation of rules of holding mass events (article 20.2 of the administrative code) and disobedience to lawful order of a police officer (article 19.3 of the administrative code). The last article provides for punishment up to 15 days of administrative arrest.
According to police, Mitrokhin was detained during the rally in memory of the cadets and officers at the installation is symbolic of the commemorative plaque on the house №19 in the street Znamenka, was formerly home to the Alexandrov military College. After the politician refused to obey the police requirement to remove a sign, he was detained and delivered in OVD Arbat.
Mitrokhin himself is not an admission of guilt, considering the accusations of “repression on political grounds”.
