Moscow. November 17. Government Commission on agriculture and fisheries on Tuesday decided to reduce for winemakers producing wines from its grapes, the state fee for granting a license for production, storage and delivery of wine.
The decision is also made about the long-term nature of the licence, said in a statement on the website of the government of the Russian Federation.
In addition, the government Commission instructed to study the mechanisms of Declaration of wine production and reporting, eliminates duplicative paperwork and providing a more simplified procedure of its maintenance.
The agriculture Ministry is also mandated to further develop the direction, priorities, and volumes of state support of the industry in 2016.
The head of the legal Commission, Vice-Premier Arkady Dvorkovich said “the importance of scientific support for the industry, the need for an intensification of applied research to provide growers high-quality and meets the climatic requirements of the grape varieties”.
