MURMANSK, 18 Nov. The industry development Fund has approved one project of the Murmansk region in the field of aquaculture — in the amount of 300 million rubles, told journalists the Director of Fund Alexey Komissarov.

The government of the Murmansk region and the industrial development Foundation signed an agreement on cooperation in the Murmansk business week. According to Komissarova, in the spring of this year, when the Fund was established, supported 56 projects totaling more than 19 billion rubles.

“From the Murmansk region, only one project was approved by 300 million roubles for project aquaculture that is associated with the construction of the biotechnological industrial complex on the territory of the Murmansk region,” he told Commissioners, noting that the project is implemented by the company “Russian sea — Aquaculture”.

He noted that another project is being examined under another program. “We hope that in connection with the special agreement will be closer cooperation with the government of the Murmansk region, and we will have more projects next year”, — said the Director of the Foundation.

He said that he expects that next year the Fund will remain at the same level this year — around 20 billion rubles.
