MOSCOW, 18 Nov. The Central office of airline “Transaero” in Moscow, where the carrier was from 2011, will be passed on to new tenants. This is evidenced by the inscription on the building “LEASES”, the correspondent from the former building of the airline.
Transaero has leased office building class “A” with a total area of 7.5 thousand square meters on Zubovsky Boulevard, 11A. On the airline’s website States that the sales office in this building is temporarily closed.
Transaero airlines has been unable to service debts, which form together with the leasing obligations of about 250 billion rubles. Sale of tickets is stopped and passengers are transported group airlines “Aeroflot” and other carriers. The certificate of the operator Transaero withdrawn on 26 October.
A number of banks went to court with the requirement about bankruptcy of the airline, also in the claims to “Transaero” began to appear at the arbitration in different regions. So, “Aeroflot” has filed lawsuits on 8,6 billion roubles, foreign companies related to “VTB Leasing” that require more than 145 million dollars, controlled Rosneft company — more than 4 billion rubles, the state Corporation for air traffic management — more than 700 million rubles.
