MOSCOW, 20 Nov. Drivers of trucks weighing over 12 tons will temporarily exempt from fines for violations to the payment of tolls on Federal roads before the entry into force of the amendments to the code about administrative offences, is spoken in the message of Ministry of transport of the Russian Federation.
The Ministry jointly with the state Duma deputies have drafted the amendments proposed to the code of administrative offences, according to which the drivers of vehicles belonging to the Russian carriers will be exempt from fines for breaches of the payment for the transportation of vehicles weighing over 12 tons.
Also proposed to be reduced to 50 thousand rubles fines for owners (owners) of such vehicles for such violations, and for repeated violation to install them at the level of 100 thousand rubles.
“Prior to the adoption of these amendments penalties with Russian drivers of vehicles for such violations will not be levied”, — stated in the message.
