The government of the Tyumen region is developing projects to establish two industrial parks, the residents of which on preferential terms will receive in rent the ground for the construction of a communications and assistance in support of the business. “As of today there are two areas in the Tyumen region — a plot of 29 hectares in the village of Borovsk and Playground in 204 hectares in the village Bogandinsky. Now we are working on the preparation of design and estimate documentation, layout plots and a supply of electricity, gas, water and sanitation,” — said the Agency interlocutor.

He specified that the expert Council has received 19 applications from residents wishing to place their production on the court in Borovsk and from five potential investors who are interested in placement in the territory of Bogandinsky, including three major foreign companies.

Earlier, the Governor of the Tyumen region Vladimir Yakushev took under personal control questions of engineering preparation of sites and requested the responsible agencies to create the most favorable conditions for investors.

“We made good progress in recent years in this regard, but, in practice, the lack of prepared platforms is the biggest obstacle on the path. Spent a lot of time searching for a plot, interaction with resource-supplying organizations. When earned industrial parks, all problems will be resolved much faster”, — said the head of the region.
