MOSCOW, November 19. The head office of airline “Transaero” in Moscow will be leased to a new company. This was reported by the broker of real estate company JLL.

The main office of the company “Transaero” is a 16-storey business centre “the House “culture Park” Zubovsky Boulevard, 11 A. At the company’s website reported that the office was “temporarily closed”.

According to the information on the website JLL, the total area of BC is 7 473 square metres, of which the maximum leasable area – 6 453 sq. m, minimal area for lease – from 451 sq. m. the Owner of BC is the Basilica Estate Development company.

The evaluation of the Director of the office real estate Department at Knight Frank Konstantin Losyukov, the market rent of the former office of “Transaero” should be 30 thousand rubles per sq m per year plus VAT and operational costs.

According to him, the area of the building can be leased as a single tenant, and in cutting for several companies.

Total debt of “Transaero” to creditor banks together with leasing is about 250 billion rubles. Among the major creditors of the airline Sberbank, VTB, VEB, Gazprombank, credit Bank of Moscow, Novikombank, Bank “Opening” and IFC.

Currently claims about recognition of Transaero airlines bankrupt was filed by the Bank VTB, Sberbank and Alfa-Bank. “VTB Leasing” have filed claims for the recovery of overdue debts with the airline.
