The Federal tax service for January-October increased the fees to the consolidated budget of the Russian Federation to 11.7 trillion rubles


MOSCOW, November 20. The Federal tax service of Russia (FTS) for January-October 2015 listed in the consolidated budget of the Russian Federation 11,7 trillion roubles, which is 11% higher than for the same period of 2014. About this informed the head of the Department Mikhail Mishustin in interview to the newspaper “Kommersant”.

“If we talk about the consolidated budget in real terms, fees (including October) is 11% more than January-October 2014 to 11.7 trillion rubles. But in real terms, consolidated budget revenues outpacing the growth of the economy by 7.4 percentage points,” he said.

Revenues to the Federal budget for the 10 months rose by 16 percent to 5.9 trillion rubles. In the budgets of the subjects received 5.8 trillion rubles, 8% more than in January-October 2014.

While oil and gas revenues through the severance tax on oil and gas rose by 11.7%. Revenues oil and gas revenues (without the tax maneuver) increased by 10.8%, said the head of the Federal tax service.

The income tax has grown for 10 months at 15%, VAT – 18% growth, the personal income tax by 5% due to the reduction of indexation of public sector wages. Excises taxes still grow by 3%, property taxes by 8%.

A large-scale project

The Russian tax authorities will use their database to track labeling on the territory of countries that belong to the common economic space – Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan to fight against counterfeiting, said Mikhail Mishustin.

“Now we are working on very large-scale project on modernization of the entire automated information system and its transfer to a qualitatively new level. We call it a third generation system, or AIS “Tax 3″. The basic idea is that all tax information is stored and processed in the Federal storage System for data centers”, – he said.

Mishustin said that already now in centralized mode provides the execution of several functions: state registration and accounting of all taxpayers receiving the tax and accounting reporting, electronic document flow between taxpayers and the tax authority and the use of a unified information and Analytics platform.

In the future this tool will be used to monitor the labeling of products.

“Igor Shuvalov (first Deputy Prime Minister in the government of the Russian Federation) is now in charge of this work. The countries that form the single economic space – Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan – are now trying to unite their base to fight with counterfeit products. The tax authorities will protect amnestied capital from disclosure on the Internet

The Federal tax service has provided tax secrets for special declarations sent to the tax authorities on Amnesty of capital, said Mikhail Mishustin.

“Published methodical recommendations for their reception and bookkeeping, as well as the rules for these declarations to be deposited in the Federal tax service. Do not scan them and store in a secure location only on paper,” said he.

Also Mishustin reported to the tax authorities presented more than 7 thousand notifications on participation in a controlled foreign company (CFC).
