S&P raised the rating of the Netherlands to the highest level “AAA” to “AA+”


MOSCOW, November 20. International rating Agency Standard & Poor’s raised the rating of the Netherlands to the highest level “AAA” to “AA+”, Outlook “stable”.

At the same time, the Agency affirmed the short-term ratings of the country in foreign and national currencies at the level “A-1+”.

“The upgrade reflects the continued economic recovery of the Netherlands, supported by growing domestic demand as a result of the increase in real disposable income and employment, and through investment activities”, – stated in the message of Agency.

S&P analysts also believe that the economic recovery will maintain its strong positions in foreign markets, despite the growing risks to the global economy.
