MOSCOW, November 21. Russia’s economy is going through a tough year, and, unlike crises of 2008 and 2009, for the first time since the beginning of 2000-ies there is a decrease in real incomes. About this at the third all-Russian civil forum in Moscow said the former Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Committee of civil initiatives (THD) Alexei Kudrin.
“We for the first time since the beginning of 2000 (G.) the observed decline in real incomes. The government’s measures to support the economy of the population, in my opinion, not enough,” said Kudrin.
