The dollar exchange rate returned to 65 rubles on rising oil

Moscow. November 23. The US dollar reduced the increase in the morning, having lost on “Moscow exchange” for half an hour about 1.2 rubles on the background of sharp rise of world prices of oil.

Dollar at 14:45 Moscow time cost of 66.1 RUB on the ETS, but by 15:18 retreated to 64.9 rubles/$1 and there are only 15 kopecks above the previous close.

Market movement is connected with oil prices: the cost of the January futures for Brent crude on London exchange ICE Futures during the period was up about 5%, from $43,6 $45,6 per barrel.
