A decree banning the Russian senators and Duma deputies and Public chamber members to join the Council on human rights was signed by President Vladimir Putin.

MOSCOW, 26 Nov. The President of Russia Vladimir Putin banned Russian senators and Duma deputies and Public chamber members to join the Council for human rights.

The corresponding decree posted on the official portal of legal information on Thursday.
