“Today, based on the baseline scenario of economic development, the region expects the growth of budget revenues to the level of 2015 at seven billion rubles. Thus, incomes of the regional budget for 2016 is planned in the amount of 49.9 billion rubles, of which tax and non-tax revenues and 42.9 billion,” gave the employee a press-services of the Governor the words Kuvshinnikova.
The head of the region noted that in some respects the dynamics of economic development of the Vologda region of the Russian positive. Thus, the index of industrial production for the first nine months is at 101.8%, while the national average rate of 96.8%. The volume of production of agriculture for the same period amounted to 102.1% (RF — 101,8%). Investments in fixed capital in the first nine months of 101.6% (RF 94.2 per cent). The rise in consumer prices during the same period was below the national average (108.9 per cent of the Vologda region, 110,4% — RF).
“Of course, the current economic situation in the country and the world affects our economic fundamentals. We forecast a reduction in the rate of increase of physical volume of production in the industry. The industries that will provide a positive dynamics, will be woodworking, chemical and food industry, production of electricity, gas and water”, — said Mr. Kuvshinnikov.
