The agreement between Rosneft and the Federal Corporation for development of small and medium enterprises provides for implementation of joint programmes that will help to improve the efficiency of a number of segments the operating activities of the company.
MOSCOW, 26 Nov. Rosneft will increase the share of purchases from small and medium-sized companies. The corresponding agreement the company signed with the Federal Corporation for development of small and medium enterprises (“Corporation “SMEs”), according to Rosneft on Thursday.
“The agreement envisages implementation of joint programs aimed at increasing the share of purchases of “Rosneft” from small and medium-sized businesses, including high-tech and innovative products”, — stated in the message.
The government earlier imposed on 35 of the largest state companies the mandatory limit of purchases from small and medium-sized companies (less than 10%). A number of these companies came in and “Rosneft”.
The parties to the agreement undertake to provide small and medium enterprises the organizational and methodological support for participation in procurement by Rosneft.
“We hope that the implementation of the signed agreement will serve as additional stimulus for the development of small and medium enterprises in our country, will increase the efficiency and transparency of a number of segments the operating activities of the company”, — commented the head of “Rosneft” Igor Sechin.
