MOSCOW, 28 Nov. The President of Russia Vladimir Putin submitted amendments to the law “On the Federal budget for 2015 and on planning period 2016 and 2017”, the document envisages the increase in total revenues in the current year on 711,6 billion (0.9% of GDP), the text of the Federal law published on the official Internet portal of legal information.

Revenue growth will be driven by increasing oil and gas revenues in the amount of 193,2 billion (0.2% of GDP) and non-oil revenue in the amount of 518,4 billion rubles (0.6% of GDP). Total revenues in the current year is now 13,251 trillion rubles.

Total expenses increased by RUR 202.3 billion (0.2% of GDP) to 15,417 trillion rubles (21.0% of GDP).

The Federal budget deficit in 2015 will amount to 2 trillion of 165.9 billion, or 3% of GDP, which is 0.7 percentage points below the previously approved level. Oil and gas deficit will reach 8 trillion by 45.8 billion rubles, or 10.9% of GDP.

The amendments also proposed to increase by 7,7 billion rubles of subsidies to support measures to ensure balanced budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
