MOSCOW, November 30. The deputies of the faction “United Russia” in the state Duma will hold a meeting with the head of the Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation Alexander Tkachev, during which will discuss the substitution of fruits and vegetables from Turkey. Communication with the Minister will be held on the eve of the “Government hour”, said the Chairman of state Duma Committee on agrarian issues Hope Shkolkina.

Putin signed a decree on application of special economic measures in relation to Turkey
“I think, will address the topic of restrictions on imports of vegetables and fruits, including from Turkey, in connection with import substitution”, – said the MP reporters.
According to Shkolkina, at deputies has collected questions to the Minister. “So, we want to hear the answers to the questions, how will they resolve the problems of over-indebtedness of the agricultural sector, high lending rates for agricultural producers”, – said the politician. Also on Okhotnyy Ryad want to hear the position of the Ministry of agriculture on how will be the technological renovation of the industry. “I guess I will be asked questions about palm oil, its use in food production”, – concluded the Chairman of state Duma Committee.
The President of Russia Vladimir Putin on November 28 signed a decree “On measures for safeguarding national security of the Russian Federation and the protection of citizens from criminal and other unlawful acts and on application of special economic measures against the Turkish Republic.” A document including a ban or restriction on the import into Russia of certain goods from Turkey, the list of which will be determined by the government.
