Putin will deliver a message to the Federal Assembly on 3 December

PARIS, November 30. The President of Russia Vladimir Putin has already begun to prepare for delivering the message to the Federal Assembly, Tuesday and Wednesday will be the main day of training. The journalists said the press Secretary of the head of state, Dmitry Peskov.

“The President has already concentrated on preparing for the message. Tomorrow will be the main day of preparation”, – said the representative of the Kremlin.

He did not mention the main topics plans to affect Putin. “As you know, we never announce a theme,” concluded Sands.

Vladimir Putin will deliver the traditional President’s address to Parliament on 3 December. This is stated in the announcement, broadcast on the TV channel “Russia 1”, which will be broadcast live speeches of the President.

The last time Vladimir Putin delivered his annual address to the Federal Assembly on 4 December 2014. The reading of the document started at 12:06 MSK in the St. George hall of the Grand Kremlin Palace and lasted over an hour. His address, the President first thanked the Russians for support and solidarity in crucial moments, when you resolve the future of the country.
