Moscow. November 30. Gazprom has put up for tender as a single lot 822 km “Power of Siberia” (of 207.7 – 1029,8 km) with a limit value 155,969 billion rubles (including VAT) – now it is the largest in the history of the tender held by the gas monopoly.
According to the company, the construction also includes a centralized supply of material and technical resources worth 52,469 billion – a total of 208,438 billion. In recalculation on 1 km of motorway this corresponds to 254 million rubles.
Lot covers four sections, including tenders in two parts (of 207.7 – 301,1 km) and (301,1 – km 555,8) has previously been declared. In the first (announced in August) 1 km of road average cost 177 million rubles, and in the second (announced in September) – 144 million roubles.

Given the new cost of 1 km “Power of Siberia” to 254 million rubles total value of only the linear part of the 2176-kilometer pipeline may amount to 552 billion roubles, whereas, based on the price of the first two tenders, came out 350 billion.
In materials “Gazprom” appeared evaluation total budget “forces of Siberia” (3246,8 km and 8 compressor stations) to 800 billion roubles in the prices on 1 January 2011. If you multiply the cost of 1 km in 254 million rubles for 3246,8 km – only linear part of the pipeline will cost Gazprom 825 billion. Usually the cost of compressor stations of the pipeline is about the same as the linear part.
The document notes that the works will involve subcontractors from the number of small and medium-sized businesses.
