MOSCOW, 7 Dec. Russia and China agreed on bilateral protocols on the supply of grain to China, the signing of the Memorandum on the supply of grain and products of its processing is planned in December this year, the report said Rosselkhoznadzor.
As noted in the Agency, in negotiations of the Rosselkhoznadzor, and the Chinese inspection team. “Developed and agreed bilateral protocols on the supply of wheat, canola, soybeans and corn. In December of this year is planned the signing of the Russian-Chinese Memorandum on the supply of grain and its processed products in China”, — stated in the message.
In October, the Rosselkhoznadzor reported that Russia and China plan before the end of 2015 to sign protocols on phytosanitary requirements for wheat, maize, rice, soybean and rapeseed, which opens the way for the export of grain from Russia.
It is noted that Chinese inspection team arrived in Russia to assess the phytosanitary risks in the alleged supplies of Russian grain and its products in China. Experts praised the actions of the Rosselkhoznadzor on phytosanitary ensure the well-being of Russia.
Earlier Russian authorities repeatedly declared intention to significantly expand the supply of agricultural products to the PRC market. In particular, the end of the year was planned to start exporting grain to China, however, until about the start of deliveries was announced.
