Ob city court of the Novosibirsk region has forbidden to S7 airlines to charge passengers a fee amounting to 25% of the fare paid in the case of their failure to carry more than 24 hours before the flight departure. This decision was taken on the suit of Rospotrebnadzor in the Chelyabinsk region, reported the Supervisory authority.
