Moscow. December 8. The owner of “RussNeft” Mikhail Gutseriev plans to combine their oil assets in 2016-2017. He said it himself on air of TV channel “Russia 24”.
“I think for 2016-2017, we expect the merger of these companies with the subsequent exit on IPO”, – he said.
Gutseriev had planned to complete the merger “Neftis” and “RussNeft” in the middle of 2015. The businessman estimates the combined company at $18 billion After the merger of the company Gutseriyev had planned to convert the debt to Glencore shares in the merged company.
The businessman also told reporters that “RussNeft” is planning by year end to convert another $1 billion. According to him, the EBITDA of all oil assets of the group in 2015 will amount to $1.2 billion.
