The last few months inflation has almost stopped, said Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. He noted that the most pessimistic assessment is estimated at 0% growth of the Russian economy in 2016, the most optimistic – 1%.

MOSCOW, 9 Dec. The most pessimistic assessment is estimated at 0% growth of the Russian economy in 2016, the most optimistic under 1%, said Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.

“The first, the last few months inflation has almost stopped, second, we are able to reach the path, maybe not strong, but definite growth of the economy. Here evaluation is controversial, I won’t deny that the Central Bank has its own assessment, they are slightly less optimistic than does economic development. But even the most pessimistic estimates give around zero, and relatively optimistic estimates of growth in the economy — at interest”, — Medvedev said on Wednesday in an interview with Russian Federal TV.
