Medvedev: the window into Europe, Peter the great, not closed

Isolation, failure to communicate with foreign countries Russia is definitely not in danger, said Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.

MOSCOW, 9 Dec. The window into Europe, Peter the great, not closed, but that does not mean we have to drag it trash, said Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev on Wednesday in an interview with reporters.

“From the time of Peter’s “window” to Europe “was hacked”, it is not closed. But that does not mean we have trash to haul out. We should naturally pursue its own interests, national interests, based on their pragmatic position. But isolation, failure to communicate with foreign countries we certainly are not threatened”, — said the Prime Minister.
